Photography has always been a big part of my life. My father was a photographer in the air force, and he always had a camera to take pictures of our family, documenting our lives since the 1950’s. I suppose that his love of photography rubbed off on me at a very early age.”
Mr. Jurman graduated from SUNY New Paltz in 1980 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in photography, and has been practicing the art ever since.
Andrew occasionally travels to New York City to capture scenes that can only be found there. Some of those pictures as well as his color landscapes can be seen on his website: www.photographiclandscapes.com Mr. Jurman also does professional matting and framing work, and is available to help IAC members prepare their artwork for preservation and display.
